Day 4

Today was a challenge for me. I woke up a little later than I wanted to 9:30ish and was not hungry at all. Come lunchtime I was a bit hungry so I had a burrito and a salad. Maybe I should not have had the burrito, but if I deprive myself completely this early on I will never be able to stick to the plan.
So for dinner I am going to make a fresh mushroom tortellini to make up for lunch. I will eat that and a salad and drink a lot of water!
I am pretty much giving up on this Sunday! It has always been planned to be my rest/cheat day, but this Sunday is the Superbowl and I will be at my friends house to watch it. I know that there will be tons of bad, but delicious food there and lots of beer!
I will try to avoid the food as much as possible and limit my beer intake! We will see how that works!

You don’t say how tall you are or how old you are. maybe it does and I can’t see it. I’m 48 and weighed 238.5lbs on Boxing Day. I weighed 221.5lbs today. We have similar goals. My secret has been NO booze and no cheat days. just eat 1500-1800 calories per day and workout 6 days a week. I run 3 days and lift weights 3 days. Today I ran almost 5 miles at a 6.1 mph pace.

You are right, I dont have that listed… I am going to have to fix that now!
I am 32 and 6′ tall!
